Warranty

Our bold sunglasses have a warranty on any manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase from an authorised retailer. All Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Modifying your sunglasses will void this warranty.

To maximise the life of your happies please keep them in your bold pink case, and do not expose them to chemicals, perfumes or excessive heat

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, nose pieces or screws, we use lock-tight screws, but they may loosen from wear or misuse and require tightening or a replacement screw from time to time. Happy To Sit On Your Face may elect to repair or replace sunglasses that are claimed under warranty.

If brought from an authorised Happy retailer please make contact with them, with proof of purchase.
